  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may qualify for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

  • For appointment cancellations, adherence to the stipulated cancellation timeframes will be assessed.

3. Refund Exceptions

3.1 Completed Consultations

Refunds will generally not be issued for completed telemedicine consultations, as the service has already been rendered. However, exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances, subject to management approval.

3.2 Provider Unavailability

While Fitorix Rx LLP connects users with licensed healthcare professionals, unforeseen provider unavailability may occur. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund may be provided.

4. Payment Disputes

4.1 Chargebacks

In case of a payment dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks may result in service suspension and could incur additional fees.
